What is the Business Education Series?
The Wayne County Area Chamber of Commerce partners with Center City Development Corporation to hold a series of business-education events throughout the year. Each month a special guest speaker is invited to present on a topic relevant to the interests and the needs of the local business community.
Event tickets are $5 for Chamber Members or $10 for Non-Chamber Members. If your organization is a Chamber member, then all employees have membership benefits.

About the Speakers:
Sue Miller – Sue is active in the firm’s Tax Quality Control Committees. She has developed an expertise in the areas of individual, partnership, corporate, and nonprofit taxation. She also serves on the firm’s Tax Special Projects niche focusing on research and development credits.
Sue joined Brady Ware in 1986 after achieving the top score in the State of Indiana on the CPA exam. She currently serves on the Central United Methodist Church Finance and Endowment Committee, the Board of Directors for the Cope Environmental Center, and the Richmond Area Chamber of Commerce Existing Business Committee.
Anna May – Anna is a CPA with Brad Ware and has an income tax focus. She works the most closely with small businesses and their owners. She is a graduate of Wright State University, and is currently pursuing a Master of Taxation from Villanova University. She is currently serving as the president for the Board of Directors of the Richmond Community Orchestra, and is on the Finance Committee for the United Way of Whitewater Valley.
Farmers Market with Richmond Parks and Recreation – March 22, 2018 from 11:30am until 12:30pm

This is also a chance to learn how to become a vendor if you’re a local farmer or producer and to get an update on what the future holds for the Richmond Farmers Market. Presented by Richmond Parks and Recreation.
About the Speakers: The Richmond Farmers Market is a Growers‐Only Market to support our local farmers and producers. Vendors are the growers and producers of the fruits, vegetables, plants, herbs, flowers, baked goods, dried goods, jams, honey, syrup and/or other approved products they intend to sell at the market. The Richmond Farmers Market supports local, small‐scale farmers and gardeners by providing a marketing opportunity to sell homegrown produce, and homemade farm‐related items directly to consumers.
